３．個人情報の取扱について
（１）利用目的の特定
弊社では、取得した利用者の皆様の氏名、住所、電話番号等の個人情報を下記の目的で利用する場合があります。
弊社のサービスの提供、利用者の皆様の本人確認、お問合せ対応、弊社のサービス等の変更・休廃止の通知、弊社が提供する他サービスのお知らせ・各種イベント・キャンペーンの案内等。
（２）個人情報の開示
弊社は、利用者の皆様から自己に関する個人情報の開示の請求があった場合は、本人確認を行ったうえで、これに応じます。また、個人情報の内容の訂正等の申出があった場合も、速やかに対応いたします。
（３）第三者提供

Notice of suspension of absence; notice of other services offered by our company; guidance of various events or campaign, etc; provision of inquiries correspondence, change to our service, etc. This information will be encrypted and hashed to avoid any form of data extraction and/or potential exposure in case of a data breach. Should any breach occur, you will immediately be informed as such by us. All personal information collected will be encrypted and stored only until such times as you no longer have any agreement, contract or subscription with us.

無料掲示板「パンドーラ」は、広告を出す側と、その広告を見て利用する側の双方が、英国の法律、ならびに 「パンドーラ」利用規約を順守した上で適切にご活用いただく限り、英国での生活をより向上させる有益なツールとなります。
「パンドーラ」では、掲示板が無法地帯にならないよう、予め各カテゴリーで掲載を禁止している条項があります。
全体
同じ内容の広告を複数のカテゴリーに同時投稿（マルチポスト）することを禁じます。万一発見した場合やレポートが上がった場合は確認した上で全て削除致します。
個人や法人を誹謗中傷、攻撃する投稿を禁じます。投稿を発見し次第、削除するだけでなく、今後のご利用を禁じる手段を講じます。
運営元が不適切と判断した投稿に関しては、投稿者に通知することなく削除する場合があります。
いずれも悪質であると判断された投稿に関しては、その後の一切のご利用をお断りする場合があります。
「住」
以下の広告投稿を禁じます。
18歳未満の方からの投稿。
カウンシルフラット（公営住宅）等の持ち主がそのカウンシルフラットを許可なく又貸ししようとする物件。
明らかに利用者に不利益が及ぶと判断される物件。
不動産業者、エステートエージェントの方が広告を出す場合は会社名を必ず記入し、業者の広告であることを明記してください。
「職」
以下の広告投稿を禁じます。
18歳未満の方からの投稿。
いわゆる「ネズミ講販売」「マルチ商法」、「～すれば、必ず儲かる」「誰でも、勝率１００パーセント」といったいわゆる「情報商材」等の広告。
「治験」等の募集はクラシファイド広告ではなく、治験内容がしっかりと記載されたディスプレイ広告でのみ受け付けます。
エスコートクラブやアダルト系、性的サービスを含んだマッサージなど、いわゆるセックス産業系の広告。
「習」
以下の広告投稿を禁じます。
18歳未満の方からの投稿。
公序良俗に反する広告全般。
「売ります/買います」
以下の広告投稿を禁じます。
18歳未満の方からの投稿。
タバコ類、薬品類、ドラッグ、覚せい剤、麻薬等の売買。
ナイフ、刀、銃など銃刀法に違反する商品。
出会い系、売春目的での出会い等を含む、公序良俗に反する広告全般。
動物等、生命あるものの売買。臓器販売等。
サッカーを始めとするスポーツ観戦チケットの転売およびダフ行為。
その他、日本、英国の一般常識から明らかに逸脱していると思われるものの売買。
「致します/サービス」
以下の広告投稿を禁じます。
18歳未満の方からの投稿。
アダルト系のサービス。
不適切な広告を見つけたら即レポート
明らかに日英両国の法律、または「パンドーラ」利用規約に抵触すると思われる広告を見つけた場合や、広告にあったサービスを利用して被害に遭った場合は、速やかに「パンドーラ」運営元に通報してください。その際は各広告の右上にある「REPORT」のボタンをお使いください。
また、広告が目立つようにと意図的に間違ったカテゴリーに投稿していると思われる広告を発見した場合にもご一報ください。
当「パンドーラ」は、広告主と利用者を結びつける機会を提供する無料掲示板という立場です。従って掲載主と利用者の間で発生した問題は、二者間でご解決いただくことになります。
ただし、運営元が問題の状況が深刻であると判断し、双方から聞き取り調査を行うなどした上で、悪質と判断した場合は広告掲載を中止することもあります。また、問題に事件性があると判断した場合、英国警視庁に通報するなのどの対処を致します。各事象の詳細を記録して残しておく必要があるため、お電話ではなく、必ず「REPORT」をご利用の上、書面にてお送りください。また、一部、匿名での通報では運営元が調査に踏み出せない場合もあります。その場合はご連絡先を明記していただく必要がありますので、予めご了承ください。

Terms and Conditions
PANDORA, the free advertisement noticeboard website, has been created to provide a useful forum to improve life in the UK, as long as its users and readers follow general rules, British laws, and PANDORA’s Terms and Conditions.
Some advertisements are prohibited on PANDORA in order to maintain a civilised arena.
Overview
It is prohibited to post the same advertisement in multiple categories. If discovered or a complaint of this nature is made, the advertisement will be removed.
It is also prohibited to post defamatory or slanderous advertisements; not only will they be removed, but further action might also be considered.
PANDORA reserves the right to delete postings without notice if judged to be inappropriate.
Malicious advertisements could result in future postings being refused.
Accommodation
The following is prohibited:
Posters under the age of 18;
Advertising accommodation in council properties without the landlord’s permission;
Postings that are intentionally harmful towards users.
For estate agency postings, you are obliged to state this and give the estate agency name and address.

The following is prohibited:

Advertising for medical volunteers (this is only acceptable as a paid banner advertisement);
Advertising escort clubs, massage or sexual services.
Lessons
The following is prohibited:
Posters under the age of 18;
Postings that are inappropriate or harmful.
Buying or Selling
The following is prohibited:
Posters under the age of 18;
Tobacco, medicines, drugs or injections;
Knives, swords, guns or weapons;
Personal meet-up postings for prostitution or sexual services;
Live animals or organs;
Named sports/match tickets or reselling tickets with a premium;
Generally, items beyond UK and Japanese common sense and propriety.
Services
The following is prohibited:
Posters under the age of 18;
Adult services.
Reporting Rule Breaking
If you see that any advertisement clearly violates UK or Japanese law, or PANDORA’s Terms and Conditions, or if any damage occurs in response to an advertisement, please click on the REPORT button to alert a PANDORA moderator.
Also, if any advertisement appears to be in the wrong category, please report this.
PANDORA is a free advertisement noticeboard website allowing fair exchange between individuals: any problems resulting from these exchanges cannot be resolved by PANDORA.
However, in exceptional cases, if a situation is deemed to be serious, and after careful consideration of both sides, any malicious postings may be suspended. Furthermore, cases may be referred to the authorities if any law-breaking is suspected. In order that any
