SCOPE
As the Japan Team Supervisor/ Queue Manager, you are integral to ensuring that
day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly and to the best standards of customer satisfaction.
As an expert in our chat operators’ responsibilities, you’re expected to take a proactive approach to managing demand, protecting productivity and ensuring that all customer interactions are carried out in line with company expectations.
You will coordinate closely with your Country Manager in order to gain an understanding of Country or Region-wide targets and monitor your chat operators’ activities to ensure that these goals are met.
An approachable, hands-on leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for chat operator queries and customer issues and will be able to effectively coach and communicate to ensure that engagement remains high.
