You will be working for a leading company on their ongoing game language testing projects at their Glasgow studio. You must be based in Glasgow or willing relocate to Glasgow for work.
Currently full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Full time contract until the end of 2019 with the opportunity for extension, working hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Part time, a minimum of 2.5 days a week, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
You will get to work with some really cool tech and AAA games in the world. You will play hard and work hard with the leading and foremost games publishers in the world. Competitive market rate.
Your role will be identifying spelling, grammar, punctuation and other linguistic errors in Japanese and ad hoc translation work. You will be given excellent support, including paid training to set you off on the project work.
Requirements:
• A good level of English and fluent in Japanese
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• A good team player with great attention to details
• An interest in or understanding of the video game industry is an advantage.
