Client Support: Fluent Japanese/English speaker 19:30 start, Hampshire
Based in bright modern offices, this global insurance provider are seeking a fluent Japanese speaker to join their busy team providing client support.
This will involve liaising with clients and companies worldwide helping them understand and process documentation in both Japanese and English in order to progress any claims or provide the relevant information. This could range from providing advice on basic policy facts to help managing a claim, often occurring overseas
Candidates will be happy working both by telephone and email and be able to identify and prioritise matters arising. They should be patient and able to ask questions in order to ensure the best possible solutions for clients.
It is essential that all applicants have fluent written and spoken English and Japanese and be comfortable working with people at all levels. Strong administration skills including Microsoft Office are essential. The hours are from 19:30 to 07:30, Monday to Friday.
